Return & Refund Policy

LOVE MASTER BD primarily sells digital products. Because digital content may be delivered immediately or made available after payment, payments are generally non-refundable once the order has been successfully processed or the digital product has been delivered.

Exceptional Cases

If a customer makes an accidental payment, duplicate payment, or faces a genuine technical/payment issue, we may review the case individually. Any refund or adjustment is subject to verification and our discretion.

How to Request a Review

Contact us through WhatsApp or email with the transaction ID, order details and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the information and respond accordingly.
